I'm One Year-Old Today

My first birthday certainly was a lot of fun. Mom had a difficult time deciding on my birthday theme. At first I thought it was going to be a Winnie the Pooh party, but she decided against it cause she read somewhere that babies can't really appreciate cartoon characters yet. Honestly, though, I think I would love a Winnie the Pooh party! After weeks of researching the entire Web, she finally she settled on using the primary colors as my birthday party theme --- which I should say is, indeed, a great idea.

Dad for his part spent many sleepless nights making a slideshow featuring, well, me, of course! He wanted to show my baby pictures to the world. It was really great; the slideshow was spectacular, except that only those who stayed until the sun had gone down were able to see it --- and that's basically just a few people. Poor Dad...
